Companies Smithfield Polska, Animex Foods and Agri Plus once again won the award for the best employer in the food and agriculture industry. This time the title was granted under the competition “Złota Setka Polskiego Rolnictwa”.
“Złota Setka Polskiego Rolnictwa” is the ranking organized and published annually by the editorial board of the weekly “Wprost”, which selects 100 leaders of the food and agriculture industry. The final of the 7th edition of the competition, during which the awards were granted to Smithfield Polska and other most thriving companies standing out with special achievements in this industry, took place on September 14th, 2023.
Reselecting the Smithfield Polska group as the best employer in the food and agriculture industry honoris the continuous actions of the company and its management within building the best possible relations with the employees based on such pillars as safety, stability of employment and possibilitoes for Development. The company conducts dialogue with the employed people and builds the relations through involvement of the managera and personnel in such processes as skill development, competence and succession development or periodical opinion surveys. In each of these areas the company tries to be closer to an employee and at the same time meets the high requirements set for this industry.
