{"id":38137,"date":"2022-09-20T15:31:08","date_gmt":"2022-09-20T13:31:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.animex.pl\/?p=38137"},"modified":"2022-09-23T12:19:16","modified_gmt":"2022-09-23T10:19:16","slug":"animex-supports-the-world-cleanup-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.animex.pl\/en\/animex-supports-the-world-cleanup-day\/","title":{"rendered":"Animex supports the World Cleanup Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>As the leader of meat sector in Poland, once again, Animex co-organized the picnic related to the World Cleanup Day and addressed to the children and teenagers from Kutno area.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The annual, educational event, combined with a number of attractions and contests for the young residents of Kutno and neighboring areas, whose leading theme was focused on the natural environment and its protection, took place on September 18<sup>th<\/sup>, 2022 in Suchodo\u0142y village. Representatives of Animex, apart from joint cleaning of the forests, also engaged children and teenagers in the water monitoring activities. During the event the company also provided the hot-dog truck \u201cBerlinkow\u00f3z\u201d which offered nutritious snacks for the young ecologists.<\/p>\n<p><em>As a tradition, the educational campaigns related to the World Cleanup Day are joined by employees responsible for the environmental protection in our organization. Under voluntary work, they e.g. hold lectures and support the youth in performance of the assigned tasks &#8211; <\/em>said \u0141ukasz Dominiak, PR &amp; GA Director at Animex.<\/p>\n<p>The main organizer of the event was the Starost Office in Kutno which cooperates with Animex. During the Sunday\u2019s activities, the action was also joined by the representatives of local authorities: Daniel Kowalik \u2013 Starost of Kutno, Tomasz Walczewski \u2013 member of Kutno Poviat\u2019s Management, El\u017cbieta Milczarska and Tomasz Marciniak \u2013 Councilmen of Kutno Poviat, Dorota D\u0105browska \u2013 Administrator of D\u0105browice Commune and Katarzyna Erdman \u2013 Mayor of Kro\u015bniewice.<\/p>\n<p><em>The event started with joint cleaning of the forest. At the same time fishing contest took place. <\/em><em>We gathered a dozen or so bags of garbage! <\/em>\u2013 stressed Daniel Kowalik, Starost of Kutno.<\/p>\n<p>All activities undertaken by Animex during Sunday\u2019s event fit into the company\u2019s sustainable development policy. For many years now, Animex has been known in Kutno as the producer of high quality food, cooperating on a permanent basis with representatives of local authorities and communities. One of Animex\u2019 priorities as the good neighbor is its approach to the matter of environmental protection, reflected among others by performance of the UN sustainable development goals.<\/p>\n<p>The Animex group has introduced many changes in the care for natural environment.
