Portal is an organized IT Information platform connected to the Word Wide Web, created by Animex, enabling the Users to use the IT mechanisms and information processed by Animex and/or its partners as well as the information available on the Internet. Portal shall be hereinafter referred to as Portal or Portal (internetowy) Animex [Animex (internet) Portal].
Animex Sp. z o.o. [Animex Ltd.], with the registered office in Warsaw, 8 Chałubińskiego Street, registered in the District Court for the Municipal City of Warsaw, in the 12th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, under the no. 0000107949, of company capital of PLN 561 556 500.00, and NIP no. [tax identification number] 526-03-06-187, kindly informs that all the data contained on the pages of this Portal and the sites linked to it shall not constitute an offer as stated by the Civil Code, serving informative purposes exclusively.
Entering the www.animex.pl (“Portal”) is equivalent to unconditional agreement to the conditions described hereinbelow. Should the User fail to express his consent to the conditions, he shall not be entitled to make use of the Portal.
Animex Sp. z o.o. consents to the Users’ browsing, printing, and copying the Portal’s content for their private purposes. No commercial use of the information published on the Portal shall be allowed.
Animex Sp. z o.o. shall not be held responsible for the information published on the Portal being precise, complete or up to date. The same shall refer to the pages linked to the Portal. The information available there may be published as shortened, incomplete, or in need of an update. The User of the Portal shall bear the entire risk related to further use of the information.
In particular, Animex Sp. z o.o. shall not be held responsible for:
the Users’ decisions taken in relation to the information published on the Portal,
the consequences of visitors’ using the information published on the Portal,
the content of the pages linked to the Portal by means of links,
direct, indirect as well as random losses or damages incurred by the Users or a third party as a result of the Portal’s use,
Internet access breaks,
loss of data caused by the equipment damage, viruses, or operational systems’ faults,
illegal activity of any third party directly or indirectly related to the Portal’s use, especially with reference to information published on the Portal without the prior Animex SP. z o.o.’s approval or consent.
Animex shall be entitled to limit or end the activity of the Portal without prior notice to the Users.
Unless otherwise stated, all the names, signs and logos, especially the signs and logos of companies, trade marks, other product brand marks, advertising slogans etc. (trade marks [Znaki Handlowe]) appearing on the Portal are subject to legal protection. They constitute Trade Marks reserved for Animex Sp. z o.o. or other owners, with usage made available to Animex Sp. z o.o. by means of a license. Use or misuse of Trademarks or any other element of the Portal’s content shall be strictly prohibited.
All the materials displayed on the Portal are subject to IPA rights. None of the materials published may be copied, modified, distributed, published, downloaded, projected, exhibited, or broadcast in any form, be it electronic, mechanic, photographic, or recorded, without prior written consent of Animex Sp. z o.o..
Animex Sp. z o.o. shall be entitled to introduce amendments into the legal regualtions herainabove by means of publishing their new amended version on the site www.animex.pl.
